Welcome to the November 2007
Queen of Peace Women’s Retreat

We invite
you to join Dr. Elaine Park for a weekend of community prayer
and reflection at the Inn at Spanish Head as she presents:
The
Psalms, Songs for Our Lives
The
Psalms are ancient prayers that arose from a great variety of human
experiences, from desolation to jubilation and everything in between.
During this retreat, we will reflect on the Psalms, finding many ways
for us to enter into these ancient songs that express the thoughts,
prayers, and experiences of people throughout the ages. By drawing us
closer to the symphony that is God’s great love, the Psalms will deepen
our relationship with God and one another. This retreat will offer time
for individual and group prayer, reflection, song and worship. Dr.
Elaine Park will lead the retreat and Fr. Ray Carey will join us on
Saturday, offering the Sacrament of Reconciliation that evening and Mass
Sunday morning.
